TERMS & CONDITIONS.
INTEGRA'S Fees are based on an hourly agreed rate OR per half day OR per full day ( 8 hours ). These fees do not apply where there is a written agreement linked to Performance. Performance fees are negotiated and agreed in writing in advance of a project.
An agreed proportion of the estimated fee to be paid on appointment - typically 1-3 days - THE APPOINTMENT FEE. This fee covers our expenditure during the project period. All the above subject to V.A.T. at 17.5 %.
Unless otherwise agreed in the appointment letter, our account will be submitted at the end of each month, for payment within 10 working days, and will include a detailed breakdown of hours worked on the project.
Out of pocket expenses incurred as a direct result of work on the project to be reimbursed on production of receipts. Mileage, other than between INTEGRA and the company's main office, will be charged per mile.
